Our 2020 Cherokee Road home is a 2-story Modern Farmhouse with 7,838 sq feet of living space designed to maximize a slim lot on Old Hickory Lake. Unique details on many of the soaring ceilings throughout the home keep the ceilings an integral part of the design and highlight the volume of the space.

Our 2021 Hurt Road home is a 7,900 square foot 2-story home which brings to life the clean traditional style. Volume plays a large role in the design of this space with custom details to highlight the areas of volume. Details, both traditional and sometimes whimsical, are seen throughout each room in a thoughtful use of layered details. The placement of the home was crucial in the early design to allow both maximum views of the front and a stone retaining wall encapsulating the exterior living spaces in back.

Our 2023 Island Drive home is a 7,125 SQFT 2-story basement home with a coastal flare. A large feature of this home is bringing the outside in. Large scale sliding doors on each floor bring the breath-taking views of Old Hickory Lake into the living space in much of the home. Multiple porches and decks offer ample outdoor spaces focused on relaxation and play.

Our HWY 25 2021 home is a 2-story basement Modern Farmhouse with over 7,000 square feet. The interior has a focus on both visual and physical texture with features such as Shou Sugi Ban treated wood in the foyer and an ombre tile in the master bath. The exterior features a luxurious backyard with putting green, infinity pool and hot tub.
